When Chef Adrian isn't running one of Temecula's leading restaurants, Sorrel Bistro, he's bringing his expertise and talent to special events and weddings at GBV.

Adrian Halmagean
Chef Adrian attended the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and was awarded the Director's List of Achievement for International Cuisine. Before opening Sorrel Bistro, he honed his skills as a Sous Chef under the guidance of Gerry Kent, executive chef and owner of Public House and at Osteria Toscana in Red Hawk.
He has created many of the most popular dishes on our catering menu and has a particularly acute taste for wine pairings.

Our Barrel Room can seat up to 150 guests for dinner with plenty of space for our centralized dance floor and DJ area. Table settings are decorated to your color and specifications.

Guests can enjoy appetizers, refreshments, and live music on our covered patio while taking in the the sun or watching it set behind the Grenache vines. The patio remains accessible throughout the evening from the Reception Room.
